The Installation and Trial Run of Charcoal Rod Machine
1, 紧固所有联接螺栓，尤其是加热筒内套三个顶丝，接通冷却水管道，连接电器及电源线路。
1.  Fastening all stop bolts, particularly heating muff inner coating three set screws, connection cooling water conduct, connecting circuit and power source line.
2, 检查所有润滑部位。 
2. Inspection all oil site.
3, 检查电源电压是否正常。

4, 空载启动运转5分钟，无卡、碰等异常现象，即可投入正常生产。当试机中发现异常，须立即停车，查找原因，故障排除后再作空载运转。

5, 将温度调节器调至要求温度，当温度达到预定湿度后，方可开机，并适量进料。

6, 逐渐增加进料量，直至正常生产出合格产品，当正常生产30分钟，方可表明试车成功，进行正常投产运行。

7, 停机前要使料斗内无料，并在停机后马上倒转1分钟，使推进器内所容原料退出。

8, 机身必须良好接地！！！
