Production Process of Machine Made Charcoal

Generally speaking, charcoal production process is as follows: Raw materials are fed into rusher to get raw material crushed. Then get the material dried in dryer. Get the dried material in charcoal forming with different charcoal forming machine: tablet machine, bar machine, charcoal molding machine and briquette machine. Lastly, get the formed charcoal carbonized it in the environmental carbonization furnace. The detailed charcoal production process is as follows:

1. Crusher is suitable for crushing different kinds of straw like stalk and wood chip, tree branch and forest waste, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell and sunflower shell, with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output diameter is within 3mm, which is suitable for further briquetting.
2. For raw materials with high moisture content of above 12%, a drier is necessary to install. Put the wet material into the hopper. The stove (boiler) generates hot air which mixed with wet sawdust and sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan), the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with air lock. We need make sure the raw materials moisture is within 8-12%.
3. Put the mixed charcoal into different charcoal molding machine to get charcoals of wanted shapes.   
4. The last step is carbonization. This process makes the wood briquette into charcoal briquette which is popular among BBQ lovers. Our furnace is of rational structure and only needs small heat consumption. The carbonized charcoal briquettes are high qualified and have longer burning time. After cooling, users can get the end product.
