On June 12, 2023, Hongrn rotary carbonization machine exported to Canada.

Hongrun series machine have crusher, dryer, carbonization furnace, charcoal molding machine which can sucessive deal with material until finishing moulding charcoal products.

Below is the 3D rotary carbonization flow:

1. Sawdust Crusher (Crush raw materials like wood logs, branches, wood wastes, bamboo, rice husk, stalk, bagasse, etc.)
2. Rotary Dryer (Dry the crushed material to the moisture below 20%)
3. Rotary Carbonization Machine with Gasifier and Purifier (Feed material to the rotary body to get charcoal powder, the fuel is gas form the furnace body and gasifier)
4. Pan Mill (Mixing, grinding and pressing of charcoal powder)
5. Charcoal Powder Shaping Machine (Ball press machine, rod extruding machine or tablet pressing machine also called Shisha machine)
6. Mesh Belt Dryer
7. Packing Machine
